To honour the coveted individual award presentations for RAC WA we immersed guests in a heavily themed ballroom, stepping right onto the pages of an illustrated fairytale. We welcomed 1200 guests to the RAC Stars Awards with a glass of bubbles served by an aerial wisp, while LED fairies flitted to and fro, guiding the crowd to the ethereal event space.
Inside, clouds of mist encircled guests in an Enchanted Forest. Tables adorned with forest florals, orb lights, and wicker accents sat beneath an enormous circular truss draped in florals. A wall of forest trees adorned the walls, moving with the breeze.
Following the award celebrations, guests relished the forest photobooth, gemstones bar and filled the dance floor until the clock struck midnight. Our highlight was show opener Boox Kid's emotional live performance of "Chandelier" with violinist and a lyrical dance duo floating across a fog-filled floor.
